Nanna Malm Grønbæk

Nanna Malm Grønbæk is a Global Retail Training Manager and Digital Learning Content Specialist at Pandora since June 2021, responsible for creating and delivering e-learning and classroom training modules for a global audience of 16,000 learners. Previous experience includes serving as Learning Responsible at Elgiganten A/S, where Nanna managed digital learning aligned with business strategy and facilitated classroom courses. Earlier roles at Learningbank A/S involved building digital learning experiences and providing customer support. Nanna's educational background includes a Master's degree in IT, Learning and Organisational Development from Aalborg University and a Bachelor's degree in Educational Science from the University of Copenhagen, complemented by international experience at The University of Western Australia.
