Vivian Alofs has extensive experience in revenue management and hospitality, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Management at Pandox since July 2014. At Pandox, a leading hotel property company with 162 hotels and approximately 36,000 rooms, Vivian implements strategies to optimize revenue across a diverse portfolio. Prior roles include Revenue & Distribution Manager and Assistant Revenue Manager at Crowne Plaza Brussels Le Palace, where responsibilities involved maximizing hotel revenue and managing pricing strategies. Prior to that, Vivian held various positions in event sales and operations at Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport and Crowne Plaza Brussels Europa, demonstrating a strong background in event coordination and operational management. Vivian's educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Hotel Management School Maastricht and WSET certifications in wine and spirits.
