Ha Nguyen

Ha Nguyen has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Ha is currently working as the Area Revenue Manager at Accor, a position they have held since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi for several years, starting as the Senior Leisure Sales Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Revenue Management. Ha also worked at Vinpearl as the Revenue & Reservation Manager and at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts as the Assistant to Director of Revenue & Distribution and Front Desk Staff. Ha Nguyen's work experience spans from 2002 to the present and includes roles in revenue management, sales, and customer service.

Ha Nguyen completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Foreign Trade University from 1997 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Digital Marketing & Distribution from Accor in June 2019, Pricing Optimisation Workshop from Accor in July 2016, Pricing Optimisation & Revenue Management from Accor in June 2016, Revenue Management: RM Calculation from Peter Williams - Regional Director of Revenue - Accor SEA in July 2015, Revenue Management: RM Charter from Peter Williams - Regional Director of Revenue - Accor SEA in July 2015.
