Shashi Kant Mishra

Shashi Kant Mishra is a highly experienced professional in the field of civil and structural engineering with a focus on vibration control and rail fastening solutions. Currently serving as the Technical Director at Pandrol since October 2018, Shashi leads the technical division for rail fastening and noise control solutions in India and internationally, while overseeing manufacturing operations. Prior to this role, Shashi held the position of Senior Manager - Projects at GERB Vibration Control Systems, where responsibilities included managing various vibration control system projects across India and Southeast Asia. Previous positions included Assistant Manager-Civil/Structural at Samsung Engineering, Design Engineer at Fluor Corporation, and Project Manager at IDES Global, among others. Shashi holds a Master of Science in Structural and Earthquake Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
