Chasity Mason

Chasity Mason has over 15 years of experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as a Talent Management Partner at Panduit since April 2017. Prior to this role, Chasity held positions as a Sr Specialist in Professional Development Org Effectiveness at CME Group and as an OD Consultant at NiSource. Previous experience includes roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (HCSC) as both a Learning & Talent Consultant and an Instructional Designer/Developer. Chasity began professional contributions as an Assistant to the Director at the Assessment Center at Indiana University Northwest. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Joseph's College.
