Lyle Larkworthy

Lyle Larkworthy has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Lyle is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Panelmatic, Inc. Prior to this, Lyle held the position of Vice President at Paradigm Controls of Texas from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they oversaw the engineering and project management of complex electrical integration projects.

Before joining Paradigm Controls, Lyle worked at Lectrus Corporation (AZZ) as the Vice President & General Manager from 2012 to 2016. Lyle successfully led the integration of electrical switch gear and systems into blast-resistant and electrical enclosures and delivered numerous projects for major clients worldwide.

Lyle also served as the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Biocrude, LLC from 2009 to 2012. There, they played a key role in building and commissioning the company's first commercial-scale plant for a renewable energy technology.

Prior to that, Lyle held the position of Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Texas Systems & Controls, Inc. (Accelerated Products) from 2004 to 2009, where they were responsible for the company's P&L and the management of engineering, operations, quality, human resources, and purchasing departments.

Lyle's career began in the US Army, where they served as a Captain from 1995 to 2000. Lyle also gained experience at notable companies like Stewart & Stevenson, Enron, and Compaq Computers.
