Kyle Ponce

Kyle Ponce has a diverse background in software implementation and operational management, with extensive experience at Panera Bread since February 2014. As a Sr. Manager in Software Implementation Services, Kyle oversees daily software deployments and maintains kiosk applications. Previous roles at Panera include positions as Systems Analyst Lead and Analyst in System Engineer Enterprise Systems, where Kyle focused on data analysis, project management, and team support. Prior to Panera, Kyle worked as a contractor for the USDA, processing appraisals and property plans, and held various roles in the restaurant industry at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc., where responsibilities included employee management and operations oversight. Kyle holds educational qualifications from St. Louis Community College, completed in 2020.
