Paul Carbone

A veteran in the restaurant industry, Mr. Carbone joined Panera Brands in August 2023 with significant financial executive experience in the restaurant, consumer goods and retail industries. Prior to Panera, Paul held CFO positions at leading brands including SharkNinja, YETI Holdings, Inc., and Dunkin’ Brands. He has extensive experience with public companies, having led several brands to an IPO. He also served as COO at Talbots.

Paul received his MBA in Finance at Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign; a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina; and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
