Tom Dolan has extensive legal experience in the food service industry, currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Panera Bread since 2018. Prior to this role, Tom was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary at Au Bon Pain from January 2006 to 2020. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Boston University School of Law, obtained between 1989 and 1992, and an undergraduate degree from Boston College, completed from 1983 to 1987. Tom's foundational education was at Belmont Hill School.
