Douglas Sculthorpe

Douglas Sculthorpe has extensive work experience in various engineering and management roles. Douglas most recently served as the Sr. Global Director, Engineering at Pangea Made since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Eagle Ottawa for several years in roles such as Advanced Operations - Global Manager / Six Sigma Black Belt, Sr. Global Engineering Manager, and General Manager Operations. Douglas also had experience at Thomas & Betts as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, at Pontiac Coil as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, and at Lectron Products in roles including Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Sr. Engineering Technician.

Douglas Sculthorpe's education history includes earning a Six Sigma Blackbelt from the Six Sigma Academy in 2008. Douglas also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Davenport University between 1994 and 1997. Prior to that, Sculthorpe completed an Associates Applied Science degree in Robotics/Automation from Oakland Community College between 1981 and 1985.
