Rachael McMenamin

Rachael McMenamin has a diverse work experience, starting as a Retail Assistant in various companies from June 2011 to July 2019. Rachael then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car in July 2019 as a Trainee Manager, where they managed two branches, teams, and a fleet of 120 cars. Rachael successfully completed the graduate program and had responsibilities including P&L management and communication with clients, management, and partners. In March 2020, they transitioned to KN Circet as a Lead Planner and continued in this role until April 2022. From April 2022 to December 2022, they worked as a Training Coordinator at Safetech Consulting & Training Ltd. Currently, Rachael is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Pangea starting in December 2022.
