Polina Tibets

Polina Tibets has a diverse work experience in various industries. Polina is currently working as the Head of Business Operations at Pangea.ai, where they are involved in building a platform for businesses to hire top remote design and engineering talent. Prior to this, Polina worked at Digital Knights as the Head of Tech Due Diligence, managing the due diligence team and evaluating software development houses and teams for collaboration in building digital products. Polina also worked as a Due Diligence Analyst at Digital Knights. Polina has also worked as a Mentor at FasterCapital and gained experience in aviation consulting with a focus on innovation and digitalization security at Airbus Group Inc. Polina served as the Head of Business Intelligence at Kuhar Design, where they were responsible for designing key performance metrics and processes and enabling a data-driven culture. Polina also worked as a Sustainability Analyst at Aeromexico and as an Event Management Intern at the European Commission.

Polina Tibets began their education in 2009 at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Informatics. Polina completed their studies in 2016. In 2012, Polina also attended Columbia University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned another Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree, this time in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General.

Apart from their formal education, Polina Tibets has obtained several certifications. Polina obtained the Quality Management Representative certification from TÜV SÜD in November 2018 and the Quality Management Specialist certification from the same institution in September 2018. In April 2018, Polina earned the Cloud Infrastructure certification from Google Cloud Certified and the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in March 2018.

Additionally, in May 2016, Polina Tibets received the Premio al Sentido Humano award from ITESM Campus Monterrey.
