Alleyn Plowright is an experienced professional who has held various leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Chief Scientific Officer and Head of Drug Discovery and Preclinical Development at Pangea Botanica, Alleyn previously worked at Wren Therapeutics Ltd, Sanofi, and AstraZeneca in roles related to drug discovery, translational science, and medicinal chemistry. With a background in organic chemistry and chemical biology, Alleyn has a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and driving innovative research in cardiovascular, metabolic, and gastrointestinal diseases. Additionally, Alleyn has a post-doctoral research background from Harvard University and holds certifications in coaching and strategic leadership.
