Paul Tarling

Paul Tarling is currently serving as the Head of Partner Experience at Pangea since July 2023. Previously, Paul held various leadership positions at RLDatix from August 2009 to June 2023, including Director of Customer Response, Director of Product Management for Risk, and VP of Customer Success for the UK and North America, where Paul successfully led a multi-national team of 35 and implemented a customer success strategy that enhanced customer satisfaction and reduced churn. Prior roles at RLDatix include Group Support Desk Manager, Training & Consultancy Manager, Consultant, and IT Trainer, with notable achievements in improving customer satisfaction ratings and managing large-scale implementations. Earlier experience includes work at Chubb Fire & Security as a Senior Support Technician and Software Tester & Trainer, where training delivery was a key focus. Paul Tarling completed education at Abbotsfield & Swakeleys 6th Form from 1993 to 2000.
