Essam Hamid

Essam Hamid has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Essam is currently working as an Executive Manager at Pangea Technology since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ALJ-AUTO JAMEEL from 2010 to 2021 as a Help Desk Supervisor, where they were responsible for managing backup systems, active directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange and Lync Servers, as well as implementing and managing Cisco network security appliances. Essam also had experience in managing Microsoft System Center and CCTV systems.

Before joining ALJ-AUTO JAMEEL, Essam served as a Network Administrator at SISCOM for Communication & Information from 2003 to 2009. In 2001, they worked as a Production Manager Assistant at ATS Translation and as a Marketing Project Manager at a Director Advertising company.

Essam Hamid has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting from Ain Shams University. Additionally, they hold certifications in ITIL Foundation (2011) from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in December 2014, and MCSE 2000 (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) from Microsoft.
