Joel Rosenthal is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounts receivable factoring. As the Founder and Executive Manager of Charter Capital since 2001, Joel has focused on providing fast, solution-oriented funding to B2B businesses across various industries, including manufacturing and services. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Amegy Bank, where Joel established and managed an A/R factoring division, and Co-President at First Republic Capital Corp., an independent finance company specializing in working capital solutions. Joel also held the position of Vice President at City Financial Services, contributing to the development of factoring services. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina.
