Filipe Dinis

Filipe Dinis has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Head of People & Culture at Panike since June 2022. Prior to this role, Filipe was the Director of Human Resources at Hotéis do Bom Jesus, S.A. from October 2019 to June 2022 and held the position of Coordinator of the Human Capital Management Department at Signinum, Gestão de Património Cultural Lda. from June 2017 to October 2019. Filipe's earlier roles include leading the Human Resources Department at Ludite - Rede de Frutarias and constructing the initial team at Conquest Concept. Starting a career in human resources at the Arquidiocese de Braga and with an internship at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts, Filipe holds a degree in Human Resource Management and Work Psychology from ISLA and completed an Executive Training in Human Capital Management at Universidade do Minho in 2019.
