Aldy Mongan

Aldy Mongan has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry and healthcare sector. Aldy is currently serving as the Head Of Operation Excellence at Panin Dai-ichi Life since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Across Asia Assist Indonesia in various roles, including Independent Consultant, Chief Technical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Medical Advisor between 2014 and 2022. Previously, they also served as a Rotating Doctor at International SOS from 2011 to 2013.

Aldy Mongan holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Medicine from Universitas Indonesia (UI), which was obtained between the years 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in Medicine from Universitas Sam Ratulangi, graduating between the years 2004 and 2010. Additionally, Aldy has obtained certifications in "Skills to Build Stronger Work Relationships" from LinkedIn and "Risk Management QCRO ISO 31000" from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in March 2023.
