Feri Djuandi

Feri Djuandi has diverse work experience in the field of IT and management. Feri is currently the CIO and Head of IT at Panin Dai-ichi Life since 2023. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, Feri worked as the Chief Information Officer and VP at Chubb. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Chief Information Officer and VP at Generali, where they were responsible for various tasks including system maintenance and enhancements, leveraging legacy systems with modern platforms, and enhancing customer experience through telephony and CRM systems. Before that, Feri served as the Chief Operating Officer at PT Emedical Center Indonesia from 2015 to 2017, overseeing feasibility studies and financial budgeting. Feri also has experience as the Head of IT and GM at PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk from 2014 to 2015, AVP of Application Development & Support at AIA from 2010 to 2014, Head of Applications at Prudential Life Assurance in 2009, Head of IT Business Support at Allianz from 2007 to 2009, and Senior IT Manager at Metlife from 2003 to 2007. Feri started their career as the MIS Manager at AIG Lippo Life from 1995 to 2000, where they were involved in various projects related to data warehousing, business intelligence, and software design.

Feri Djuandi has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Trisakti, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1991, they attended SMA Mardi Yuana. Feri also has completed an Associate's Degree and became a Fellow in Insurance from the Life Office Management Association (LOMA) during the period of 1996 to 1998.
