Nony's work experience begins with an internship in the Industrial Engineering Department at Unilever in 2003. Nony then joined Charoen Pokphand Indonesia as an HR Officer Development Program (HR-ODP) from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they worked as a C&B Specialist at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, Nony became a Human Resources Coordinator at Pacific Oil & Gas for a short period before moving to Prudential Indonesia. At Prudential, they held the role of Head of Reward & HR Operations from 2008 to 2017. Nony continued their career as the Head of Reward Indonesia at PT Bank DBS Indonesia from 2018 to 2019. Nony then joined Gojek as the Head of Compensation & Benefits from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Nony is serving as the Head of Human Capital at Panin Dai-ichi Life starting from 2023.
