Harry Lopez has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Harry began their career at Marine Corps Recruiting in 1999, where they served as the Human Resources Manager for over 15 years. In this role, they oversaw all HR department activities, including policy development, compliance, and confidential database management.

In 2015, Harry joined Panini Kabob Grill (PKG) as the Director of Human Resources and Franchise Operations. Harry transformed the HR function from an administrative role to a strategic partner, working closely with senior management to implement performance initiatives and update policies and procedures. Harry also managed recruiting, hiring practices, benefits, and compensation.

In 2022, Harry was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Panini Kabob Grill, where they continue to drive key business strategies and lead the HR department.
