Sapna Shah

Sapna is a Managing Director and co-head of Panmure Gordon’s Investment Funds team. She has over 14 years’ experience in the UK corporate finance market having previously worked at Cenkos Securities, Stifel and UBS. She has vast experience advising clients on a variety of IPO and equity transactions, M&A transactions, strategic reviews, reconstructions as well as providing day-to-day corporate broking advice. During her career Sapna has been involved in raising in excess of £8 billion for investment companies and REITs listed on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext.
