Kathryn began their career in 2001 as a Wildland Firefighter- Hand Crews & Idaho Panhandle Hotshots for the U.S. Forest Service. In 2007, they worked as a Wildland Firefighter- Helitack for the Bureau of Land Management. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Community Relations Specialist for SouthernCare, where they increased census by 200% through innovative marketing strategies. From 2012 to 2014, they were an Account Manager/International and Consumer Product Sales for Universal Forest Products, where they maximized international sales by 15%. From 2014 to 2022, they were a Senior Manager of Strategy & Development and National Sales Manager for UFP Industries, where they secured 53 million in sales and led the formulation of go-to-market strategy across various departments. Currently, they are the Director of Government Development and Business Development Manager-Government Sector for Pano AI.
