Valen Ng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Valen started their career at Northshore Marketing Solutions / Che Promotions, where they worked as an Account Manager from March 2010 to January 2011.
Valen then moved on to Epik Networks, where they held various roles. Valen started as an Account Executive in February 2011 and was promoted to Senior Account Executive in February 2013. In November 2013, they became the Director of Sales, leading a team of Account Executives and overseeing sales development and revenue targets for Western Canada. Valen left the company in June 2014 to pursue a relocation to Asia Pacific.
After that, Valen joined West Unified Communications Services as a Business Development Manager from January 2015 to December 2016. Valen then worked at Nexmo, the Vonage API Platform, as a Business Development Manager from December 2016 to October 2017.
Since December 2017, Valen has been working at Panopto, a video management solution provider. Valen initially joined as a Regional Sales Director, responsible for direct and channel sales with a focus on Singapore. In April 2020, they moved into a new role as the Head of Accounts, APAC, where they are responsible for customer success account management across Asia and ANZ, aiming to grow the Panopto brand in the region.
Valen Ng has a primary and secondary education from Crofton House School. Following this, Valen pursued higher education at the University of Toronto, where they earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts (Hon.B.A.) degree in Economics & Ethics Society Law.
