Peter Mangaard is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. As the Managing Partner of Mangaard & Partners since March 2015, Peter oversees a retained executive search firm operating throughout the Nordic region and beyond. In addition, Peter is a Partner and Co-Founder of The Oak Society, a family office, and serves as Chairman of the Board for VL 108, the Danish Management Society, which networks top executives. Other prominent roles include Chairman of the Board at FieldPotential, Senior Advisor at Gemini Corporation NV, and positions within Panorama. Peter's past experience includes managing SpenglerFox in the Nordics and involvement in several advisory and investment roles. Peter holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from CEUS.
