Ginelle Wynter, M.A. Ed has a diverse range of work experience. Ginelle is currently working at Panorama Education as the Senior Professional Learning Director. Prior to this, they worked at Children's Health Fund where they held various roles, including Director of Program Implementation and Senior Manager. Ginelle was responsible for overseeing program activities, utilizing data analysis for improvement, and developing content and implementation guides. Ginelle also trained and supervised staff, implemented attendance interventions, and conducted workshops on racism in health systems. Before joining Children's Health Fund, Ginelle worked at Summit Academy Charter School as an AP Biology Teacher and Grade Team Lead, as well as a Living Environment Science Teacher. Ginelle also worked as a Middle School Science Teacher at Urban Assembly for New Technologies and as a Tutor at the Bell Afterschool Program. Their earlier experience includes a marketing internship at Beacon Press and a research internship at the African Presidential Archive and Research Center.

Ginelle Wynter, M.A. Ed, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations from Boston University in 2010. Ginelle then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Brooklyn College, which they obtained in 2013. In addition, they hold certifications in Restorative Circles from the Morningside Center for Teaching Social Responsibility and is a USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach certified by USA Weightlifting, obtained in September 2016.
