Lindsay Shields

Lindsay Shields has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Lindsay is currently the Vice President of Professional Services at Panorama Education, where they previously held positions such as Senior Director of Technical Implementation & Project Management and Director of Client Engagement. Lindsay also served as the Head of Districts & Schools, Client Success at Panorama Education.

Prior to their role at Panorama Education, Lindsay worked as the Director of Operations & Strategy at Inward Bound Mindfulness Education (iBme), a nonprofit organization focused on mindfulness programming for youth. Lindsay was responsible for developing the curriculum and guiding teenagers and young adults in their self-awareness and ethical decision-making skills.

Before their time at iBme, Lindsay held leadership positions at Zagster, a shared mobility start-up. Lindsay served as the VP of Market Engagement, where they collaborated with community stakeholders to align the company's goals with community interests. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics from Worcester State University from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Lindsay obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from OnProcess Technology in 2012.
