Abenezer M Weyesa is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing HR programs and personnel administration across various organizations. Currently serving as a People and Culture Fellow at Panorama Global since May 2023, Abenezer previously held positions as a Senior Human Resources Officer at CARE, where responsibilities included ensuring a balanced workforce and facilitating training and development opportunities. Experience also includes roles at the International Rescue Committee, ranging from HR/Admin Manager to HR/Admin Officer, where Abenezer successfully implemented HR policies and managed recruitment, employee relations, and staff performance. Earlier career roles include serving as the Area Administration Head at CARE Ethiopia and as a Human Resource Officer at AYKA Addis & Investment Group PLC. Abenezer holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Leadstar – Ashland University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Management from Addis Ababa University.
