Pascal van Dijk has held various senior financial roles throughout their career. Pascal started as a Financial Trainee at Ballast Nedam Infra BV, where they rotated through different accounting and control positions. Pascal then became a Controller for the Building & Development division at Ballast Nedam, responsible for consolidation and reporting. Later, they joined Kicking Horse Mountain Resort as CFO, playing a crucial role in the company's divestment and sale. Following this, they served as President & CEO of Fairmont Hot Springs Resort before transitioning to the role of CFO. Most recently, they have assumed the position of CFO at Panorama Mountain Resort.
Pascal van Dijk began their education in 1995 at Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Amsterdam, where they studied an unspecified field of study. Pascal then attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2000 to 2003, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued further education at Maastricht University, specializing in Finance and Control. Most recently, in 2017 and 2018, Pascal attended the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration, obtaining a Master Certificate in Hospitality Administration/Management.
