Yigal Livne

Yigal Livne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and board governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at REEP Technologies Ltd since July 2017 and a Managing Partner at PNV since January 2000, Yigal has overseen the investment in 15 companies within the Israeli Seed VC fund. As a General Partner in various fund management initiatives, including PNV and CIVC, Yigal has played a pivotal role in growth equity investments, particularly in collaboration with Shenzhen Capital Group. Yigal's board memberships extend to notable companies such as Panorama Software and previously Keen High and GalayOr. Educational credentials include an MBA in Financial and Investments Management from Boston University Brussels Graduate Center and an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from Tel Aviv University, complemented by pilot training at the IAF Academy.
