Erica Muñoz

Erica Muñoz has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Erica currently serves as the Director of Operations at Panoramic Health since July 2022. Prior to this, they were the Assistant Director of Operations at the same company from September 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Panoramic Health, Erica was an Advisory Board Member at Carrington College-Tucson since 2017. Erica also worked at Southwest Kidney Institute, where they held several positions including Regional Practice Manager from March 2020 to September 2021, Clinical Operations Supervisor from April 2015 to March 2020, and Lead Certified Medical Assistant from April 2014 to April 2015.

Erica's earlier work experience includes being a Medical Assistant at the Pain Institute of Southern Arizona from March 2011 to November 2013, and Manager of Business Operations at the Western Aviation Training Site from September 2006 to June 2013.

Furthermore, they also worked as a Medical Assistant at Priority One Drug Testing and Fingerprinting from February 2012 to May 2013.

Erica Muñoz earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix, which they attended from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Healthcare degree from Carrington College-Tucson in 2011. Currently, they are pursuing an MHA/MBA degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management/Business at the University of Phoenix, with an expected completion date between 2020 and 2022. Alongside their formal education, Erica has acquired several certifications, including NRCMA from the National Association for Health Professionals in 2021, and is a certified Medical Assistant from Carrington College-Tucson since 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas, such as business, leadership, law, ethics, cultural competence, and healthcare.
