Larry Rios

Larry Rios has extensive work experience in IT operations and management. Larry currently works as the Sr. Director of IT Operations at Panoramic Health since February 2022. Previously, they held the position of Sr. Director of IT Client Success at the University of Miami Health System from August 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pediatric Associates, South Florida, where they served as the Senior Information Technology Manager from March 2017 to August 2021 and as the Service Desk and Telecom Manager from August 2012 to March 2017. Larry also gained experience as an Operations Analyst at Humana from November 2011 to August 2012. In the past, they held positions such as System Administrator at Little Havana Activities and Nutrition Centers from October 2010 to November 2011, Help Desk at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. from May 2007 to October 2010, and President at PC TECH SERVICE SOLUTIONS, INC from May 2007 to October 2010. Larry also worked in customer support and sales at Carnival Cruise Lines from June 2007 to November 2009. Larry Rios has additional experience in tier I technical support and customer service through their contract roles with Intuit TurboTax and Digital Bridge Communications.

Larry Rios holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Florida International University, which they earned from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Florida International University from 2008 to 2010. Larry also obtained an Associates Degree in Computer Information System from Miami Dade College, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Larry Rios graduated from Hialeah Senior High School in 2004. Additionally, they have a certification in HDI Support Center Manager from HDI.
