Zohar Sela

Zohar Sela has had a diverse and extensive career in Human Resources. From 2004-2008, they held a role in recruitment and customer relations at Aman Group. From 2008-2010, they were Head of Human Resources at Tesnet Group Ltd. From 2010-2017, they worked at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, where they held various HR positions such as Head of Recruitment and Organizational Development, and ultimately served as EVP Human Resources. Most recently, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Panorays since 2023. Throughout their career, Zohar has managed all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, and retirement. Zohar has also led employee relations, labor law, and solved complex labor disputes in collaboration with unions and management. Zohar is skilled in building HR strategies, coaching for senior leaders and employees, and building job profiles and onboarding processes.

Zohar Sela received their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2004. Zohar then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Consultancy from the same institution, completing it in 2009.
