Steve Finnie has worked in the marketing and consulting industries for over 25 years. Steve began their career in 1996 as a Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse. Steve then moved to General Mills in 2001, where they served as a Senior Marketing Manager until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Steve was the Director of Marketing at Mars. Steve then became Brand Director at B&G Foods from 2016 to 2022, before taking on their current role as Chief Marketing Officer at PANOS Brands.

Steve Finnie received their MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1996.
