Joni Aaltonen

Joni Aaltonen serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board at PlusTerveys and the Group CFO at Eezy Oyj, with roles at both companies commencing in 2024. Aaltonen has been an Advisory Board Member at Panostaja Oyj since April 2022, and held the position of Director of Growth and Strategy at Silo AI from August to December 2023. From November 2008 to June 2023, Aaltonen worked at Pihlajalinna in multiple roles, including Director for the Tampere region and Intermediate Finland, Group CEO, SVP of the Primary and Social Care segment, Head of M&A, COO, and CFO. Additional contributions include serving as Board Member and Chairman of the Board at Hyvinvointiala HALI ry from January 2018 to January 2023, Senior Advisor to the Board and Management Team at Silo AI from May 2021 to May 2022, and a Board Member of the EK – Confederation of Finnish Industries in 2020. Prior involvement includes membership on the Board at Eezy Oyj from May 2018 to September 2019 and participation in the 235th National Defense Course at Maanpuolustuskoulutus MPK in 2020.
