Matthew Michaels, MD began their education in 1982 at The University at Albany, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Matthew completed their undergraduate studies in 1986. Following this, they attended the Medical College of Virginia from 1988 to 1992, earning their MD degree in Medicine. Moving forward, from 1992 to 1993, Dr. Michaels served as a Medical Intern at Roanoke Memorial Hospital, focusing on Transitional Residency. Continuing their medical training, they became a Resident Physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where they completed their residency program from 1993 to 1996.
