Jazbeen Shaikh

Jazbeen Shaikh started their work experience in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative at Firstsource Solutions Ltd, where they handled customer inquiries and managed priority payments. Jazbeen then worked as Cabin Crew for IndiGo from 2012 to 2013, serving meals, ensuring passenger safety, and providing first aid. Jazbeen continued their career as Cabin Crew for Jet Airways from 2015 to 2019, gaining experience in dealing with passengers from different cultures. Jazbeen then joined SpiceJet Limited as a Cabin Crew member in 2019 and worked there until 2020. Currently, Jazbeen is working as a Business Development Consultant at Pansoft Technologies LLC, where they identify new business opportunities and stays updated on product knowledge. Jazbeen also works as an Associate Functional Specialist, demonstrating software functions to potential customers, ensuring client needs are incorporated, and configuring processes for client satisfaction. Jazbeen'swork experience spans various roles in customer service, cabin crew, and business development.

Jazbeen Shaikh completed their higher secondary education from Shankar Narayan College of Arts & Commerce from 2010 to 2011, pursuing a degree in Bsc IT. In terms of certifications, Jazbeen obtained the Totara Talent Experience Platform Site Administrator Certification from Totara Learning in March 2022.
