Kirti Sarode

Kirti Sarode has extensive work experience in various HR roles in different organizations. In 2006, they started their career as an Associate Consultant at Mafoi Randstad, where they worked as an RPO consultant for the Embedded Services department of John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. In 2007, they joined John Deere as a Senior HR Executive and served as the Business Relationship Manager and Talent Acquisition specialist until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an executive search consultant at 3P Consultants - Retained Executive Search. In 2013, they joined Dubai Properties as part of the Human Capital team, where they worked until 2015. In 2019, they co-founded SB Learning Resources and held the position of Co-founder until 2022. Currently, they serve as the Head of Human Resources at Pansoft Technologies LLC.

Kirti Sarode's education history begins in 1997 when they attended St. Joseph's Convent Girls High School in Pune and obtained their SSC degree. From 1998 to 2000, they attended Nowrosjee Wadia College in Pune where they completed their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Science. In 2002 and 2003, Kirti enrolled at Dr. D.Y. Patil - Pune University and obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) degree, specializing in Computer Science. Finally, from 2005 to 2006, Kirti pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource at Savitribai Phule Pune University.
