Nick Leyendecker has extensive experience in customer support and network operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at PanTerra Networks since November 2014, where management of the customer support team is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Nick held positions as an Independent Network Consultant since May 1994, providing expertise in internet infrastructure and systems management.
