Florence Dard

Florence Dard is currently a Partner and Chief Client Officer at Pantheon, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Florence served at AXA Investment Managers from 2015 to October 2025, where notable positions included Global Head of Client Group for Alts and Global Head of Business Development for Real Assets, both as a member of the Management Board, as well as Head of the Client Group for France while being a part of the Executive Committee. Florence's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management as Head of Institutional Business for Europe and SWF, and multiple sales and managerial positions at AXA Investment Managers and AXA en France. Educational qualifications include a Maîtrise des Sciences de Gestion from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and an MBA in International Business from The City University of New York.
