Manisha Roongta is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global People Operations, Systems, and Data at Pantheon Platform since November 2021, Manisha previously held the role of Director of Global People Operations, Total Rewards, and Analytics at Sitecore, where significant enhancements to HR data and system compliance were achieved across 36 countries.
