Paul Ratcliff

Paul Ratcliff started their work experience in 1998 as an Operations Supervisor at Panther Expedited Services. From there, they held various roles within the company, including Training & Development Manager, Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, Director of HR Development, and VP of Strategic Resources. In 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer at V3 Transportation.

Paul Ratcliff completed their undergraduate studies in History and Computer Science at Hiram College from 1985 to 1987. Paul then attended Youngstown State University from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Following this, Paul Ratcliff pursued further studies at Texas A&M University from 1989 to 1993, earning a graduate degree in History. Finally, they attended Walsh University from 2003 to 2005, where they completed a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business.
