Margaret Lashof-Sullivan has a diverse work experience. Margaret began their career in 2009 as a General Engineer at the U.S. Department of Energy. In 2011, they became a Graduate Student at Case Western Reserve University. In 2015, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, where they were the project lead on an investigation of the effects of blast on blood vessels in the brain. Margaret also developed an interagency agreement for expanded collaboration between the NMRC and VA agencies, and prepared and implemented an IACUC protocol for VA collaboration on studies of the physical and psychological effects of mild traumatic brain injury. In 2017, they joined PanTher Therapeutics as an Associate Director of R&D and Scientist.
Margaret Lashof-Sullivan received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University between 2011 and 2015. Margaret earned a BE in Engineering from Dartmouth College between 2008 and 2009, and a BA in Engineering and Biology from Dartmouth College between 2004 and 2008.
