Megan Gould

Megan Gould is a registered Industrial Psychologist with extensive experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Program Manager for Southern and East Africa at PANTHERA since October 2018, Megan has a background in job architecture, performance management, and training and development. Previous roles include Consultant at Masimong Resource Solutions, where Megan focused on organizational development, and an internship at Imperial Holdings, gaining skills in talent management and HR operational readiness. Additionally, experience as a Teaching Advisor Officer and Research Assistant at the University of the Witwatersrand, along with a part-time HR Assistant position at Qualichem/Genkem, contributed to a comprehensive foundation in HR practices. Megan holds a degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed from 2009 to 2014.
