Adam Wilcock

Adam Wilcock has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the International R&D Director at Papa Johns since July 2012, where Adam has held various positions including R&D Director for EMEA and European R&D Director. Prior to joining Papa Johns, Adam worked at HJ Heinz in multiple roles from August 2007 to July 2012, including Senior New Product Development Technologist and Technology Development Manager. Early career experiences also include positions at Amoy Food Limited and HJ Heinz, as well as being a Chef de Partie at Northcote Group. Adam holds a BSc in Food Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, achieved between 2003 and 2007.
