Brad Cunningham

Brad Cunningham serves as the Vice President of Global Operations, Litigation, and Employment Counsel at Papa Johns since December 2019, providing primary legal support across various operational areas, including Restaurant Operations and Risk Management. Prior to this role, Brad Cunningham was Senior Counsel at American Commercial Barge Line from 2008 to 2019, where responsibilities included Senior Corporate & Risk Counsel and corporate legal guidance. Brad Cunningham's earlier experience includes work as an Attorney at Middleton Reutlinger from 2004 to 2016, and as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Joseph H. McKinley Jr. at the U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky from 2002 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Kentucky.
