Han Lu

Han Lu is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in eCommerce engineering and digital development. Currently serving as the Director of Ecommerce Engineering at Papa Johns since October 2025, Han previously held the position of Director, Lead of DTC Digital Development and Delivery at Ralph Lauren, overseeing global web and app development and managing a team of over 90 developers. Han's career includes roles as Development Manager and SFCC Architect at Carters Inc. and as a Senior Technical Consultant at Accenture, where contributions led to winning the 2017 Salesforce Commerce Cloud Global Innovator of the Year award. Former experience at Hewlett-Packard included leading software engineering teams and driving project implementations. Han holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
