Kelsey McNamara

Kelsey McNamara has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kelsey is currently working at Papa as the Senior Director of Research, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Research at Papa from April 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Papa, Kelsey worked at Omada Health as a Senior Clinical Strategy Manager from January 2021 to April 2021, and as a Clinical Strategy Manager from June 2018 to January 2021.

Kelsey also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Center for Work, Health & Wellbeing at Harvard Chan School from January 2017 to May 2017.

Earlier in their career, Kelsey worked at Google, where they held the positions of Global Food Program Operations Manager from January 2014 to July 2016, and Workplace Services Specialist from August 2012 to January 2014. Kelsey also had an internship as a Workplace Services Intern at Google from June 2011 to August 2011.

Kelsey McNamara completed a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Social and Behavioral Sciences at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2012.
