Sienna McLain has a diverse work experience in various research and analysis roles. Sienna currently works as a UX Researcher at Papa, starting in March 2021.
Prior to this, Sienna worked as a Lead UX Researcher at Level Five Solutions from March 2020 to March 2021. In this role, they conducted qualitative and quantitative user research for clients, utilizing methods such as usability testing, card sorting, tree testing, user interviews, and surveys. Sienna was also responsible for developing artifacts to inform strategy and project prioritization.
Before Level Five Solutions, Sienna worked as a Content and UX Research Specialist at the same company from November 2019 to March 2020.
Prior to their positions at Level Five Solutions, Sienna worked at CoxHealth as a Decision Support Analyst in Healthcare Analytics from December 2018 to November 2019. In this role, they performed business analysis on healthcare metrics and developed reports on healthcare system performance and waste identification.
Sienna's earlier experiences include an internship at the National Conference of State Legislatures as a Health Program Intern from August 2018 to December 2018. In this position, they provided research, data, and information to state legislative members and wrote policy briefs. Sienna also collaborated with subject matter experts in telemedicine research.
Sienna also served as a Research Consultant at the University of Northern Colorado from June 2017 to December 2018. In addition, they worked as a Teaching Assistant in Psychology at Drury University from August 2016 to May 2017 and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Cognition Lab at the University of Missouri-Columbia from May 2016 to August 2016.
Sienna McLain has a Master of Science degree in Applied Statistics and Research Methods from the University of Northern Colorado. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Scientific Analysis from Drury University.
