Santi Ureta

Santi Ureta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2014, they co-founded Moldgust, a molecular gastronomic association and social club focused on the world of gastronomy. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Deliveroo, where they held various roles, including Head of Growth (Secondment), Head of Competitive Intelligence and Corporate Strategy, and Global Sales Operations Strategy Manager. During their time at Deliveroo, they played a key role in boosting growth, improving operations, and providing sales support. In 2019, they joined Nova as a member. In 2020, they became a Startup Mentor at DISRUPTORS.ai and also worked as a self-employed Startup Growth and Operations Advisor, providing guidance to early-stage startups. Santi joined Dija in 2020 as the Head of Logistics and later became a Senior Product Manager. In this role, they launched apps across multiple countries and focused on improving operational efficiency. Santi then joined Gopuff in 2021 as the Lead Product Manager, responsible for the overall operations associates' experience. Currently, Santi Ureta is the Co-Founder of Papaya, a company that aims to build the largest ecosystem for sustainable vehicles in the world by connecting fleet operators with electric service providers.

Santi Ureta began their education in 2009 at Colegio Montserrat, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2011. Following that, they attended Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in telecommunications systems from 2011 to 2012. Later, they enrolled at the same university and completed a Bachelor of Business and Technology from 2013 to 2016. In September 2016, Santi obtained the IELTS General Training certification from the British Council.
